Leading Industrial Parts Manufacturer in USA

Sourcing industrial parts for a U.S. production line or assembly operation usually comes down to one risk: will the supplier deliver the same dimensional accuracy, batch after batch, without surprises at receiving inspection? A single out-of-tolerance bracket or stamped cover can stall an assembly line, trigger a rework cycle or delay a shipment to your own customers.

Kolte Pressing removes that risk at the source. We manufacture stamped and machined industrial parts brackets, covers, drums, structural components and precision fasteners under a quality-controlled process that has supported export customers in the USA and EU for nearly three decades.

Kolte Pressing Works (KPW) was established in 1996 as a family-run manufacturer and operates today from its own facility in MIDC Bhosari, Pune, equipped with multi-tonnage presses, an in-house tool room, and CMM-based inspection. Approximately 80% of our production is exported to customers in the USA and European Union, so export-grade quality documentation is part of our everyday process rather than a special request.

If you are evaluating an industrial parts manufacturer in USA-facing supply chains, this page explains exactly what we make, how we control quality, and how to start a project with our engineering team.

What Are Industrial Machine Parts?

Industrial machine parts are the individual stamped, machined or fabricated components such as brackets, covers, shafts, housings and fasteners that are assembled into larger machines and equipment. They are manufactured to specific material, dimensional and finish requirements so that each part performs reliably within the system it belongs to.

Types of Industrial Machine Parts We Manufacture

✤ Stamped Metal Components

  • Overview : Pressed metal brackets, structural supports, sheet metal enclosures, covers and housings produced on multi-tonnage presses using progressive and single-station dies.
  • Features : Repeatable dimensional accuracy across production batches, achieved through fixed tooling and in-process gauge checks.
  • Benefits : Consistent fit and finish at high production volumes, with lower per-part cost than fully machined alternatives.
  • Industries served : Automotive, general engineering, material handling, HVAC and motor manufacturing.
  • Customization : Die design and tooling built around customer drawings, including material thickness, hole patterns and forming geometry.

✤ Machined Precision Components

  • Overview : Machined covers, plates, discs and structural parts requiring closer tolerances or features not achievable through stamping alone.
  • Features : Controlled surface finish and dimensional accuracy verified through CMM and gauge inspection.
  • Benefits : Suitable for mating surfaces, sealing faces and other tolerancecritical applications.
  • Industries served : General engineering, material handling equipment, industrial machinery manufacturing.
  • Customization : Machined to customer-supplied drawings or CAD files, including material substitutions on request.

✤ Rope Guides, Sheave Covers and Suspension Brackets

  • Overview : Precision stamped and machined components used in lifting, hoisting and vertical-transport equipment, including rope guides, rope sheave covers and suspension brackets.
  • Features : Dimensional consistency on load-path and mounting features that must align correctly with mating equipment.
  • Benefits : Reliable fit that reduces on-site adjustment and installation time for equipment assemblers.
  • Industries served : Elevator and lift component assembly, material handling, heavy engineering.
  • Customization : Manufactured to customer specification, including loadpath dimensions and mounting-hole patterns.

✤ Precision Fasteners (PHEM and Related Hardware)

  • Overview : Pan head external hex machine screws (PHEM) and related fastening hardware manufactured to standard or customer-specified thread and head dimensions.
  • Features : Controlled thread accuracy and head geometry, verified through gauge inspection.
  • Benefits : Reliable, repeatable fastening performance in automated assembly processes.
  • Industries served : Automotive, general engineering, appliance and motor manufacturing.
  • Customization : Available in different materials, platings and length variations per customer requirement.

✤ Drums, Discs and Rotational Components

  • Overview : Stamped and machined drums, steel discs and rotational components used in motors, drives and material handling drive systems.
  • Features : Balanced geometry and consistent wall thickness for smooth rotational performance.
  • Benefits : Reduced vibration and longer service life in rotating assemblies.
  • Industries served : Motor manufacturing, material handling, general engineering.
  • Customization : Diameter, wall thickness and finish adjusted to customer drawing.

Manufacturing Standards and Compliance

We manufacture components to customer-supplied drawings and engineering specifications, including parts referencing ISO and DIN dimensional standards where applicable. Incoming raw material is checked for thickness, hardness and surface condition before it enters production.

For U.S. buyers, we recognize that equipment built with our components must also satisfy your own site and workplace requirements, including applicable OSHA workplace safety obligations, ASTM material standards, or ANSI and ASME dimensional and design standards depending on your industry. These obligations sit with the equipment builder or end user rather than the component supplier and we support them by providing dimensional inspection reports and material information so your engineering team has the documentation it needs.

We do not claim certifications we cannot verify. If your project requires a specific named standard, certification, or third-party inspection, tell us at the quotation stage and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it.

Applications and Industries We Serve

  • Materials: Mild steel, high-tensile alloy steels, stainless steel (grades 304, 316 and 410), brass, bronze and aluminium alloys.
  • Automotive: Structural stampings, reinforcement panels, brackets and fasteners used in vehicle assembly and automotive component manufacturing.
  • Aerospace: Tight-tolerance machined components suited to aerospace-support equipment and manufacturing tooling, confirmed against your specification during quotation.
  • Agriculture: Durable stamped brackets and structural components for agricultural equipment and machinery assemblies.
  • Construction: Structural brackets, covers and fasteners used in construction machinery and equipment manufacturing.
  • Heavy Engineering : Larger stamped and machined components, including drums, discs and structural brackets, for heavy engineering equipment.
  • Manufacturing: General stamped and machined parts for factory-floor equipment, motors and production machinery.
  • Mining: Wear-resistant stamped and machined components suited to the demanding operating conditions of mining equipment.
  • Material Handling: Rope guides, sheave covers, suspension brackets and structural components used in lifting and material handling equipment.

  • Energy and Power: Structural and rotational components for motors, drives and power generation equipment.
  • Oil and Gas: Durable stamped and machined components suited to demanding industrial operating environments; specific material and certification requirements confirmed at quotation.

Our Manufacturing Process

1. Raw Material Inspection

Incoming coils, sheets and bar stock are checked for thickness, hardness and surface condition before being released to production.

2. Engineering Design

Our engineering team reviews customer drawings or CAD files, confirms tolerance-critical features, and plans tooling and process requirements.

3. CNC Machining

Components requiring machined features are produced on CNC and conventional machining equipment to the specified dimensions.

4. Fabrication

Dies and fixtures are set up on the appropriate press tonnage based on part geometry and stamping operations form, pierce, bend or draw the material into shape.

5. Welding

Where an assembly requires joining, welding is carried out by trained operators to the specified joint requirements.

6. Surface Treatment

Parts go through deburring and surface finishing to remove sharp edges and prepare the component for any secondary operations.

7. Heat Treatment

Where specified, components undergo heat treatment to achieve the required hardness or wear resistance.

8. Precision Inspection

Finished parts pass through dimensional inspection using gauges and CMM checks against the approved drawing, along with visual quality inspection.

9. Assembly

Where the order includes sub-assemblies, components are assembled per the customer's specification before final inspection.

10. Packaging

Parts are packed to protect finish and dimensional accuracy during longdistance freight to the USA.

11. Export Documentation

Shipping and quality documentation is prepared to match the customer's purchase order and import requirements.

12. Final Dispatch

A final check confirms quantities and documentation before the shipment leaves our Bhosari, Pune facility.
