Manufacturing Process From Raw Material to Ready Component

The stamping operation then forms, pierces, bends or draws the material into the required shape. After pressing, components go through deburring and surface finishing to remove sharp edges and prepare for any secondary operations like welding, tapping or coating. Every finished part then passes through dimensional inspection using gauges, CMM checks and visual quality standards before being packed and dispatched
